BEACHFLEX BOOM
Beachflex Containment Boom can be used to create a continuous oil spill barrier between regular floating booms and beaches in tidal areas. It is also suitable in marshy areas and creeks as it conforms to the adjacent land and floats in the water.
- Beachflex is a 3-chamber containment boom. The top chamber is air-inflated and the bottom two chambers are filled with water
- Large Monsun MKVII valves allow this boom to be filled and emptied quickly
- An inexpensive gasoline powered backpack air inflator is used to fill the air chamber
- An inexpensive gasoline powered water pump is used to the fill the two bottom ballast chambers
- Very compact storage
